BC科技集团(00863.HK)公布年度业绩 数字资产及区块链平台业务收入大增111% OSL数字资产平台活跃客户增130%
格隆汇3月29日丨BC科技集团(00863.HK)公告，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司总收益2.17亿元人民币，同比增长31.5%；收益增长乃受到OSL数字资产及区块链平台业务所得交易收入增加所驱动。
OSL数字资产及区块链平台业务于2018年八月开始，并于本年度大幅增长，成为集团最大的业务收益及收入来源。本年度，数字资产及区块链平台业务产生收入人民币1亿5,110万元，较2019财政年度的收入人民币7,160万元增长111.0%。该大幅增长乃受集团数字资产交易服务的交易量增加及提供数字资产SaaS及相关服务所驱动。
数字资产交易服务收入、SaaS服务费用、存货融资利息收入以及其他数字资产及区块链平台相关业务的收入分别为人民币1亿3,990万元、人民币440万元、人民币280万元及人民币400万元。在数字资产及区块链平台业务的收入人民币1亿5,110万元中，人民币880万元来源于公司持牌SaaS客户的服务费或交易收入。
于本年度，OSL数字资产及区块链平台业务进一步巩固其作为集团的核心战略重心及驱动收益增长的地位。尽管新型冠状病毒对全球宏观经济造成重大不利影响，但OSL于近三年仍保持亮眼表现，OSL平台总资产同比增长487.1%至人民币26亿元。OSL数字资产平台的活跃客户亦较去年增加130%，本年度数字资产平台总交易量同比增加228%至人民币1,494亿元。
望未来，集团将继续投资OSL数字资产平台，提供交易、技术、SaaS解决方案及相关服务，专注于增强安全、合规及风险管理系统。在技术及人力资本方面的持续投资对确保营运稳健性、扩展性及安全性而言亦是十分关键。具体来说，集团拟将资源投放于近期在香港获发牌的交易平台，促进开发客户群和提升收益。
2021年增长的主要战略举措将集中于直接通过OSL交易所及SaaS产品变现集团的技术平台。集团亦致力于扩大领先金融机构客户群，服务对数字资产有兴趣且需要OSL全面、可审核风险及合规运营框架的客户。
