越秀金控(000987.SZ):广州资产拟申请注册发行不超40亿元中期票据
格隆汇 3 月 22日丨越秀金控(000987.SZ)公布,公司于2021年3月22日召开的第九届董事会第十三次会议审议通过了《关于控股子公司广州资产发行中期票据的议案》。
为拓宽融资渠道,降低融资成本,公司控股子公司广州资产管理有限公司(“广州资产”)拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册发行不超过人民币40亿元(含40亿元)中期票据,最终注册额度将以中国银行间市场交易商协会注册通知书中载明的额度为准。该事项尚需提交公司2021年第一次临时股东大会审议。
