越秀金控(000987.SZ):拟使用合计不超20亿元自有资金开展委托理财
格隆汇 3 月 22日丨越秀金控(000987.SZ)公布,公司于2021年3月22日召开的第九届董事会第十三次会议和第九届监事会第五次会议分别审议通过了《关于使用自有资金开展委托理财的议案》,该议案尚需提交公司2021年第一次临时股东大会审议。
为提高资金使用效率,增加现金资产收益,根据公司经营发展计划和资金状况,公司、公司全资及控股子公司拟使用合计不超过人民币20亿元(含20亿元)自有资金用于购买银行、证券公司、基金公司以及其他专业机构发行的各种低风险理财产品。该事项尚需提交公司2021年第一次临时股东大会审议通过后方能执行。
