格隆汇 3 月 22日丨大生地产(00089.HK)公布2020年全年业绩,截至2020年12月31日止年度,收入减少5.0%至港币3.517亿元。该年度亏损港币1.53亿元,2019年则溢利港币4.464亿元,主要由投资物业公允值变动而产生的非现金性亏损为数港币2.43亿元(2019:盈利港币3.873亿元)所引致。撇除物业重估亏损及所有相关影响后,基本溢利为港币8090万元(2019:港币9100万元)。拟派末期股息每股普通股港币12仙。
