中国电力(02380.HK)公布年度业绩 净利润升33.01%至17.08亿元 末期息0.13元
格隆汇3月18日丨中国电力(02380.HK)公告，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入达284.28亿元人民币，同比增长2.39%；年度净利润29.26亿元，同比增长32.91%；公司拥有人应占净利润17.08亿元，同比增长33.01%；每股盈利0.17元，末期股息每股0.13元。
收入及利润增加主要原因是于回顾年内水电板块的利润大幅上升；风力及光伏发电的新清洁能源项目公司的收入和利润贡献；以及燃煤发电的单位燃料成本下降。
于2020年12月31日，集团于水电、风电、光伏发电及天然气发电的权益装机容量较2019年分别增加373.7兆瓦、455.0兆瓦、916.2兆瓦及138.6兆瓦，令清洁能源权益装机容量占比，自上年度上升3.77个百分点。
于2020年12月31日，集团发电厂的权益装机容量达到23,878.2兆瓦，同比增加2,765.0兆瓦。其中，清洁能源包括水电、风电、光伏发电及气电的权益装机容量合共为9,393.6兆瓦，占权益装机容量总额约39.34%，较上年度上升3.77个百分点。回顾年内，集团投入商业运营的新风电厂及光伏发电站的权益装机容量分别为372.6兆瓦及791.7兆瓦。
2020年，集团总售电量为88,255,525兆瓦时，较上年度增长5.62%。2020年，集团总售热量（包括一家联营公司及一家合营公司）为22,151,047吉焦，较上年度增加1,467,398吉焦或7.09%。
公司表示，2021年，是中国政府十四五规划开局之年，集团亦开展了十四五发展规划的编制工作。十四五期间，集团将继续推动清洁发展、综合发展、智慧发展和跨国发展战略，培育具有科技含量的能源产业板块，进一步加强集团的综合实力。
未来五年内，集团随着在建的清洁能源项目陆续投产，预计集团的收入和清洁能源的装机容量占比均实现大幅提升。加上集团已相继与各地方政府签署战略合作协议，预计集团的综合智慧能源和具有高科技能源业务亦将会快速发展。此外，公司透过管理中电国际及国电投海外的托管公司将累积更多海外的管理经验，预计未来国际化业务同样会有所突破。
