合景悠活(03913.HK)正式纳入恒生综合指数及深港通名单
2021年3月15日，中国领先综合物业管理服务供应商——合景悠活集团控股有限公司(以下简称“合景悠活”，HK.3913)欣然宣布，于2月26日获恒生指数有限公司纳入恒生综合指数成份股，由3月15日起正式生效。
恒生综合指数涵盖在香港联合交易所主板上市证券总市值的95%，旨在为投资者提供一项全面的香港市场指标。恒生综合指数采用流通市值加权法计算，可以用作发行指数基金、互惠基金及表现量度基准。
此外，合景悠活亦由3月15日起正式纳入深港通名单，即内地投资者可以委托内地证券公司，经由深圳证券交易所在香港设立的证券交易服务公司，向港交所申报，买卖合景悠活的股票。
此次跻身恒生综合指数及深港通，反映了合景悠活在市值、流通性等方面均达到领先水平，同时公司的财务状况、品牌影响力及成长性获得了资本市场的大力认可。
自上市以来，合景悠活致力追求全业态的均衡布局，管理规模快速增长，经营效益稳步提升。近日，合景悠活公布2020年盈利预喜，预期2020年未经审核利润总额将较2019年同期录得不低于70%的大幅增长。截止目前，合景悠活已获得多家券商的覆盖及正面评级，并提高公司目标价及盈利预测，看好本集团的中长期成长性。
