已成功退出P2P行业,51信用卡(02051.HK)预计年度亏损扩大至15.5亿-17.5亿元
格隆汇 3 月 4日丨51信用卡(02051.HK)公布,此前披露称集团于2020年上半年遵循监管机构的指引开展了P2P业务的清退工作("P2P清退")。为集中资源确保P2P清退的完成,集团大幅缩减了包括新用户获取费用等各项开支,新增业务规模因而受到影响。同时,中国政府对互联网金融行业监管不断加强,行业规模较以往大幅缩小。此外,持续爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情使得个人消费信贷市场於2020年整体出现了波动,亦对集团的业务带来了不利影响。因此,尽管集团于2020年下半年成功退出P2P行业后,与金融机构合作的信贷撮合业务规模已稳步回升,与截至2019年12月31日止年度录得的约人民币11.289亿元的公司拥有人应占全面亏损相比,集团预计截至2020年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占全面亏损将扩大至约人民币15.50亿元至约人民币17.50亿元之间。
