格隆汇 3 月 2日丨中南建设(000961.SZ)发布2021年2月份经营情况,公司房地产业务2021年2月份合同销售金额111.0亿元,比上年同期增长123.4%;销售面积79.7万平方米,比上年同期增长108.6%。
公司2021年1-2月份累计合同销售金额247.0亿元,比上年同期增长126.3%;累计销售面积181.8万平方米,比上年同期增长116.7%。
2021年2月份,公司房地产业务新增项目2个。
公司建筑业务2021年2月份新承接(中标)项目12个,预计合同总金额17.4亿元,比上年同期减少18.2%;1-2月新承接(中标)项目预计合同总金额45.1亿元,比上年同期增长41.0%。
