烨星集团(01941.HK)年度净利预降约25%
格隆汇 3 月 1日丨烨星集团(01941.HK)公布,预期集团截至2020年12月31日止年度将录得净利润较2019年12月31日止年度录得约人民币2,588万税后利润降幅约25%。
有关预期降幅主要由于(1)新冠病毒疫情影响,增值服务业务收入减少;(2)由于2020年下半年在我们的商业物业所在的北京偶发的新冠病毒疫情原因,商业物业及产业园区使用率减少导致该等物业收入下降;(3)应政府要求需加强防疫,大量增加防疫成本,导致服务成本上涨。
