格隆汇 2 月 25日丨光荣控股(09998.HK)发布中期业绩,截至2020年12月31日止6个月,公司实现收益4182.1万新加坡元,同比减少58.71%;公司拥有人应占净亏259.7万新加坡元,去年则利润337.4万新加坡元,盈转亏;基本每股净亏0.32分;不派息。
由于集团需花费大量时间按照新加坡政府监管规定实施工地安全管理措施方可复工,故于阻断措施期间结束后,建筑工程并未立即复工。因此,集团大部分建筑项目仅能于2020年10月前后复工。大部分建筑项目因而未能实现其建筑里程碑,从而影响收益确认。
