东软教育(09616.HK)旗下大连学院8000人新校区项目封顶，今年9月正式投入使用
2月3日，东软教育(09616.HK)旗下高校大连东软信息学院新校区项目封顶仪式在大连市高新区旅顺南路黄泥川举行。这是继去年7月该新校区项目奠基开工后，克服疫情影响，用短短7个月的时间，实现了建筑面积20.7万平方米、可容纳8,000人的新校区项目的顺利封顶，再一次见证了东软教育的速度与效率。新校区的建设对于东软教育来说意义重大，不仅可以进一步提升全日制学历高等教育的招生能力，同时为大力发展继续教育服务、教育资源和数字工场业务提供了又一充足的教学和实训基地。
大连东软信息学院新校区建设项目位于大连高新区旅顺南路黄泥川区域，背依双顶山、毗邻老座湖，周边世界500强企业、国内外知名IT头部企业林立。新校区于2020年7月开工建设，将于今年8月份竣工，届时将建成集图书馆、报告厅、教学楼、产学合作楼、大学生创业活动中心、实训中心、体育馆、大学生服务中心、学生公寓等为一体的美丽、优质、数字化、智能化的新校园，9月份将迎来首批5,000余名新生。大连东软信息学院新校区建成后，将与现有软件园路主校区有机互通，形成「一校双区」的新格局，双校区预计可容纳超过20,000名在校生。
东软教育科技集团总裁温涛博士表示，大连东软信息学院新校区的顺利封顶，是来自建设单位、监理单位、管理平台细心组织、周密筹划、持续奋斗的结果。希望在接下来的半年时间里，各方单位继续紧密配合、通力协调，科学高效地加快工程建设进度，按期保质保量的完成新校区的建设工作。他指出，2021年是十四个五年规划开局之年。站在新起点，东软教育将以新校区建设和启用为契机，立足辽宁、服务东北、辐射全国，坚守办学初心，聚焦「IT+健康医疗科技」领域，进一步创新人才培养模式，早日将大连东软信息学院建设成为一所应用型示范高校，担负起教育赋能经济社会发展的责任和使命。
