格隆汇 1 月 29日丨友阿股份(002277.SZ)披露2020年度业绩预告,预计2020年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.27亿元–1.74亿元,同比下降45%-60%;扣除非经常性损益后的净利润1.39亿元–1.86亿元,同比下降38.72%-54.36%。业绩变动原因如下:
1、2020年度公司预计实现的归属于上市公司股东的净利润和每股收益较上年同期下降的主要原因是:受新冠疫情影响,公司下属各门店根据地方疫情防控相关规定进行了阶段性暂停营业,营业收入同比有所下降,同时因疫情期间给予供应商及合作伙伴优惠政策减少了毛利;且本期控股子公司长沙友阿五一广场商业有限公司由于解除原经营权转让合同发生销售退回,导致报告期利润同比下降。
2、2020年度公司预计非经常性损益对净利润的影响数约为1200万元,主要是销售退回的违约赔偿金和收到政府的减免退税。
