加央行调查指消费者转工意欲低 或影响工资增长

加拿大央行季度调查显示,消费者预期在失去现有工作後更难找到新工作,纵使对目前职位的忧虑减少,对自愿离职的意愿亦降低。央行认为民众在经济情况复常前不愿转工,意味未来工资增长受压及生产力较低,影响整体经济。

调查亦显示,大部分受访者不预期新冠疫情影响在今年下半年前消褪,不少人预期经济复苏缓慢,甚至部分行业不会复常,意味新冠疫情危机可能对就业造成长期影响。
