绿叶制药(02186.HK)与阿斯利康再度战略携手 积极推进心血管及肿瘤领域的深度合作
绿叶制药集团与阿斯利康共同签署战略合作备忘录，双方将积极探索在心血管及肿瘤领域的深度合作，围绕绿叶制药(02186.HK)在心血管领域的天然药物血脂康®胶囊、肿瘤领域的创新制剂力扑素®以及绿叶制药旗下山东博安生物技术有限公司开发的抗肿瘤生物药贝伐珠单抗注射液(LY01008)，希望在市场覆盖、渠道拓展、医学研究、国际合作等方面能整合双方优势资源，助推优质创新药品惠及更多中国乃至全球患者。

血脂康®、力扑素®、贝伐珠单抗注射液(LY01008)是绿叶制药在心血管及肿瘤领域自主研发的核心产品/在研产品。其中，血脂康®是国内唯一有临床硬终点获益的天然调脂药物，并已完成美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)二期临床研究。力扑素®是首个商业化的紫杉醇脂质体制剂，也是目前全球唯一上市的紫杉醇脂质体制剂，用于治疗乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌和卵巢癌。贝伐珠单抗注射液(LY01008)用于治疗晚期、转移性或复发性非小细胞肺癌和转移性结直肠癌，该在研产品已于2020年4月在中国申报上市申请。
根据战略合作备忘录，绿叶制药与阿斯利康将在现有合作基础上积极探索未来合作的方向，希望在合作的深度和广度方面能有进一步地提升。在心血管领域，双方将在目前已有的全球范围内商业化合作的基础上，围绕互联网医疗及线上渠道拓展探讨更多创新推广模式，进一步提升血脂康®胶囊的患者用药可及性。在肿瘤领域，双方将探讨如何联合各自优势，进一步深化力扑素®在广阔区域和细分市场的覆盖，并将就该产品后续的临床学术研究方面的合作机会加强沟通。此外，双方还将就绿叶制药另一大肿瘤在研产品LY01008与阿斯利康抗肿瘤药物开展临床联合用药研究进行深入探讨，并积极探索LY01008在中国以外的各大国际新兴市场的合作空间。
