荣晖控股(08213.HK)：华胤生物科技22日在中国推出新祛斑美白护肤品
格隆汇 12 月 22日丨荣晖控股(08213.HK)公告，据华胤(深圳)生物科技有限公司("华胤生物科技")(由荣晖深圳管理公司)所告知，华胤生物科技于2020年12月22日在中国正式推出一系列新的祛斑美白护肤品，品牌名为"NA+NP BEAUTYMARKING TIME NONER APOSTO BEAUTY MARKING TIME"。
产品(其包括洁面乳、喷雾、精华液、眼部精华、面霜及面膜)由华胤生物科技使用"PH450"生物DNA代谢酶技术("PH450酶技术")开发。
公司获告知，华胤生物科技于2020年获得PH450酶技术的专有权，并于同年取得"PH450酶的大量制备方法"的专利权。
公司亦获告知，"PH450的大量制备方法"的发明者为沃纳·阿尔伯，其乃瑞士生物学家，获得一九七八年诺贝尔医学及生理学奖，并被称为"全球细胞酶父"。PH450酶技术为全球领先的生命科学技术，可以直接溶解及代谢肌肤细胞色素、毒素和炎症问题，促进细胞循环及排出细胞沉淀毒素，并通过添加端粒酶激活技术提高细胞存活，实现"长寿蛋白"再生，使线粒体细胞器更新，激活细胞能量及更新肌肤。
通过使用PH450酶技术，产品有望排出肌肤暗黄色素，调节细胞代谢更新，改善暗黄肤色，使肌肤恢复健康活力、嫩白及更新。
根据"2020年中国袪斑护肤品市场行业前景、现状分析报告"的统计数据，约98%的中国女性有不同程度的肌肤斑点，且85%以上的女性年龄介乎18至45岁。考虑到客户期望及现代女性在美容及肌肤保养方面的消费能力不断提高，祛斑美白护肤品具有巨大的市场需求及增长潜力。
因此，通过将女性作为主要目标客户，董事会相信产品将深受市场欢迎及认可，日后将成为一款具市场竞争力的产品。
董事会认为，华胤生物科技推出的产品能够帮助集团扩展保健业务，其有利于集团收入来源多元化及提升其竞争力，为集团的业务发展创造新的增长动力。
