美联新材(300586.SZ)拟收购成都菲斯特新材料51%股权
格隆汇 12 月 16日丨美联新材(300586.SZ)公布,公司于2020年12月15日与彭志远在汕头市签署了《关于成都菲斯特新材料有限公司之股权转让意向性协议》(“股权转让意向性协议”),公司拟收购彭志远持有的成都菲斯特新材料有限公司51%股权,具体转让价格以双方后续签署的正式的股权转让协议为准。
此次交易系公司基于进一步实施战略布局,更好发展公司主营业务的考虑,符合公司总体战略规划,有利于公司的长远发展。如双方最终签署正式协议,对公司未来业务开拓和经营成果将产生积极影响。
