格隆汇10月19日丨东方材料(603110.SH)公布,公司监事会主席樊家骅持有公司股份181.3万股(均为IPO前取得的股份),占公司股份总数的1.26%。其中无限售条件流通股为181.3万股,占公司股份总数的1.26%。
樊家骅计划以集中竞价交易方式减持不超过45.325万股(含)其持有的公司股份,占其本人所持有股份总数的25%,约占公司股份总数的0.3153%。
