建業實業(00216.HK)公布，於昨日(15日)，全資附屬建業融資作為借款人，就8億元定期及循環貸款融資與銀團訂立貸款協議。貸款融資由貸款協議日起計為期48個月，將用於現有貸款融資之未償還餘額5億元之再融資，及集團之一般企業資金所需。
