順興集團控股(01637.HK)獲銀行繼續提供8000萬港元融資
格隆匯 10 月 8日丨順興集團控股(01637.HK)發佈公告,有關公司的間接全資附屬公司順興機電工程有限公司(作為借款人)、公司(作為擔保人)及一間銀行(作為貸款人)訂立一份總金額最高為8000萬港元的一般銀行融資的銀行融資函件(“前融資函件”)。該銀行根據其定期審閲,同意繼續向借款人提供相同總額為8000萬港元的銀行融資。該融資並沒有固定年期,惟該銀行將對該融資進行定期審閲。銀行融資函件已於2020年10月8日簽訂。
