正荣地产(06158.HK):创兴银行参贷后公司获得1.61亿美元贷款
格隆汇9月29日丨正荣地产(06158.HK)发布公告,于2020年8月7日,公司(作为借款人)及其若干于中国境外注册成立的全资附属公司(作为初始担保人)与中国银行(香港)有限公司、招商永隆银行有限公司、恒生银行有限公司及若干其他金融机构(作为贷款人)订立融资协议,借款人将获提供金额为2.73亿港元(就港元定期贷款融资而言)及1.06亿美元(就美元定期贷款融资而言)(合共约1.41亿美元)的双币种定期贷款融资,期限为36个月。
于2020年9月29日,创兴银行有限公司(参贷行)根据融资协议的条款参与融资协议。根据该参贷,参贷行成为参贷行;成为融资协议的订约方,犹如其为原贷款人及牵头安排行;及受融资协议的条款约束。随该参贷执行后,公司根据融资协议获得的贷款融资总额相等于约1.61亿美元。
