中國春來(01969.HK)公布，郝曉暉已獲委任為非執行董事及董事會副董事長，自上周五(25日)起生效。

同時，侯俊宇已辭任公司行政總裁職務，惟會留任公司執行董事職務。而張潔已獲委任為公司行政總裁以取代其職務。

另外，趙振已辭任公司財務總監，中國春來並委任盛一名取代其職務。
