国投中鲁(600962.SH)拟增加申请综合授信额度3亿元
格隆汇9月10日丨国投中鲁(600962.SH)公布,公司于2020年9月10日召开第七届监事会第九次会议,审议通过《关于增加向银行申请综合授信额度的议案》。
截至2020年3月,公司第七届监事会第六次会议已审议批准公司申请银行综合授信额度19.06亿元。为保证公司生产及日常经营资金的需要,拓宽融资渠道,监事会同意公司增加向中信银行申请综合授信额度1亿元、增加向平安银行申请综合授信额度2亿元。本次银行综合授信额度增加后,公司2020年度申请银行综合授信额度累计为22.06亿元。
