移卡(09923.HK)上半年实现净利2.23亿元
格隆汇 8 月 27日丨移卡(09923.HK)发布公告，截至2020年6月30日止6个月，实现收入人民币10.77亿元，同比增长5.1%；毛利人民币3.31亿元，同比增长16.5%；净利润人民币2.23亿元，基本每股盈利人民币1.07元。
报告期间，公司总体业绩与2019年同期相比录得显著增长。期内总收入同比增长5.1%，主要因为科技赋能业务收入的上升，同时，科技赋能商业服务的收入贡献占比从2019年同期的2.9%快速上升至17.8%。其中，营销服务收入达人民币1.443亿元，同比增长1,182.5%；商户SaaS产品收入达人民币1170万元，同比增长227.7%；金融科技服务收入达人民币3600万元，同比增长136.9%。
报告期内，尽管受疫情影响，基于应用程序的支付服务的交易笔数在第二季度快速恢复增长，相较第一季度环比增长32.9%。支付业务渠道多元化进程持续深入。支付业务的合作伙伴数量(包括独立销售代理，销售合作伙伴及SaaS合作伙伴)同比新增51.7%至超9000个。其中，SaaS合作伙伴同比增加72.3%至超700个；富匙峰值日交易笔数增至超210万笔，为2019年同期的17.2倍。
科技赋能商业服务客户体量持续增加，同比增长174.4%至超58万。科技赋能商业服务经营情况取得突破性进展。期内广告精准营销平台业务的曝光数相较2019年下半年，环比增长478.8%；商户SaaS产品方面，智掌柜上半年销量同比增长107.8%；金融科技服务方面，期内客户透过公司获得的贷款总额达人民币2.136亿元；期内在不同借款发放期间的历史累计30天以上的逾期率稳定在5.7%。
作为为线下小微商户提供多样化科技赋能商务服务的先行者，公司将继续发力于基于应用程序的支付服务。结合行业领先的研发能力开发出更多产品组合，并通过加大生态战略投资布局等方式，公司将进一步满足商户经营的整个生命周期中所需要的各种数字化需求，提高小微商户的经营效率与获客能力，同时连接消费者需求，为他们创造价值。同时，从公司自身发展角度来看，随着公司逐步完善与增加的科技赋能服务的产品功能与种类，通过彼此功能性的连接与交互，最终形成可以互相输送流量和赋能的科技生态体系。
作为入口级业务，公司未来会继续将核心资源投入到基于应用程序的支付服务中，通过海量流量和数据的沉淀发展科技服务，进一步提高商户的黏性，并加强商户和消费者端流量的变现能力。同时，积极推进支付端渠道向下沉市场的渗透步伐，尽早把握万亿下沉支付的蓝海市场机会。公司也将加大基于生物识别技术、数字货币等在内的前沿支付方式的创新研究和实践。
