富汇建筑控股(01034.HK)中期预亏不超4500万港元
格隆汇 8 月 14日丨 富汇建筑控股(01034.HK)公布,与去年同期录得净溢利约630万港元相比,集团预期截至2020年6月30日止6个月将录得不超过4500万港元的净亏损。
该亏损主要归因於(其中包括)以下原因所致:(1)若干项目的进程因COVID-19而减缓,疫情的爆发导致建筑成本增加,原因为延长保留所需工地劳动力及建筑材料交付受阻;及(2)由于市场竞争加剧,于截至2020年6月30日止六个月期间进行的若干项目的毛利率较低且若干项目产生大量初始设置成本。
