正荣地产(06158.HK):获授2.73亿港元及1.06亿美元的双币种定期贷款融资
格隆汇 8 月 7日丨正荣地产(06158.HK)宣布,于2020年8月7日,公司(作为借款人)及其若干于中国境外注册成立的全资附属公司(作为初始担保人)与中国银行(香港)有限公司、招商永隆银行有限公司、恒生银行有限公司及若干其他金融机构(作为贷款人)订立融资协议,借款人将获提供金额为2.73亿港元(就港元定期贷款融资而言)及1.06亿美元(就美元定期贷款融资而言)(合共约1.41亿美元)的双币种定期贷款融资,期限为36个月,自贷款融资首个使用日期起计。
