创辉珠宝(08537.HK)斥890万元各控股股东收购荃湾物业13%权益
创辉珠宝(08537.HK)公布,公司向控股股东之一傅镇强收购目标公司浩晋创建已发行股本的13%,代价890万元。
目标公司持有属商业处所之物业,其位於香港新界荃湾川龙街22-26号、荃湾街市街10-22号卓明楼地下2号铺(连阁楼)。
公司指,该物业现时用作公司的旗舰店,其位置对集团在香港的零售业务属重大及具策略性。订立买卖协议後,公司可确保该物业未来五年的租金成本的增幅可控,从而稳定香港零售业务的溢利。
