傳字節跳動及阿里(09988.HK)承租銅鑼灣時代廣場寫字樓
據《彭博通訊社》報道,在疫情下部分銀行決定縮減在香港的寫字樓規模,但消息人士指抖音母企字節跳動及阿里巴巴(09988.HK)已簽署租約擴大在港的寫字樓。
消息指字節跳動已承租銅鑼灣時代廣場約3,000呎寫字樓,為期3年,而阿里則在同一地點承租多一層寫字樓,涉及1.7萬呎樓面。
兩家公司在港承租更多寫字樓空間,意味他們有擴大國際版圖的野心,字節跳動正在尋找下一個增長機遇並複製抖音在線上娛樂方面的成功例子,阿里的電商及雲計算業務亦期望覆蓋海外客戶。
