东湖高新(600133.SH):湖北联合发展投资集团同意公司发行不超19亿元可转债
格隆汇5月18日丨东湖高新(600133.SH)公告,近日,公司收到了湖北省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会授权主体湖北省联合发展投资集团有限公司出具的《关于武汉东湖高新集团股份有限公司公开发行可转换公司债券的批复》(鄂联投综【2020】54号),同意公司董事会提出的公开发行可转换公司债券不超过人民币19亿元(含本数)的方案。
本次事项尚需履行公司股东大会审议、中国证监会核准等多项审批程序,公司将严格按照有关规定和相关程序,全力做好相关工作,并根据后续进展情况,按照相关规定及时履行信息披露义务。
