阿里巴巴(09988.HK)斥92億元購新加坡安盛保險大廈50%股權
新加坡上市公司鵬瑞利置地集團公布,以作價16.8億新加坡元(即約92億港元),向阿里巴巴(09988.HK)旗下Alibaba Singapore出售附屬Perennial Shenton Holding Pte. Ltd.的50%股權,預期股權於6月交割。
Perennial Shenton主要資產為新加坡中央商務區甲級商廈安盛保險大廈(AXA Tower),樓高50層,總樓面面積約105萬平方呎,目前正進行整修工程,預計於2021年完工,屆時面積約增至155萬平方呎。
