啟迪國際(00872.HK)公佈年度業績 資本化後研發費用升901.1%至1.01億港元 毛利升63.5%
格隆匯3月31日丨啟迪國際(00872.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司收入7.82億港元，同比增長71%；毛利9940萬港元，同比增長63.5%。收益增加乃主要由於收購汽車級網聯模塊業務，有關收購於2019年2月27日完成。
本年內，資本化前之研究及開發費用約為港幣1.93億元（2018年：港幣7580萬元），當中約港幣9160萬元（2018年：港幣6570萬元）資本化為無形資產。本年內，資本化後的研究及開發費用飆升901.1%至約港幣1.01億元。有關增加乃主要由於於2019年2月完成對無線業務集團（其於法國、比利時及以色列擁有約89名研究及開發員工）的收購所致。截至本公告日期，集團於蘇州及北京亦擁有186名研究及開發員工，負責開發基於鏡頭的ADAS及智能網聯汽車大數據雲控平台技術及相關業務。
期間ADAS產品收入主要來自基於鏡頭的ADAS、基於雷達的ADAS、軟件算法業務及汽車級無線通信模塊。ADAS分類的主要客户包括國內主流汽車製造商以及歐洲、美國及亞太地區的藍籌OEM及一級供應商。本年內，由於完成對無線業務集團的收購，ADAS分類收入及毛利分別增長123.5%及134.4%至約港幣7.33億元及港幣9120萬元。本年內，ADAS分類取得毛利率12.4%（2018年：11.9%）。
展望未來，基於鏡頭的ADAS及無線業務集團可以通過研發提高產品質量，降低銷售成本並簡化供應鏈，從而提高公司的運營效率。軟件算法業務將利用今年積累的經驗，在中國發展雲平台業務。從長遠來看，基於鏡頭的ADAS分類將與其他ADAS業務合作，以在中國開發新產品並擴展其海外市場渠道。基於鏡頭的ADAS將通過與不同戰略合作伙伴的合作來增強其能力，以使現有產品組合多樣化，從而進入商用車領域，開發高端產品並增加服務收入的銷售組合。預計上述戰略舉措將相應地改善毛利率及財務表現。
