和谐汽车(03836.HK)公布年度业绩 豪华新车销售强劲逆势增长 毛利升43.7%及派息7.5港仙
格隆汇3月27日丨和谐汽车(03836.HK)发布公告，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司收入为人民币126.22亿元，同比上涨18.6%；毛利约为人民币10.87亿元，同比上升43.7%。归属于母公司拥有人的期内溢利为人民币5.13亿元，其中4S经销业务的利润为人民币4.89亿元，较2018年同期增加47.4%；每股盈利人民币0.34元，派发每股普通股末期股息7.5港仙。
期间销售新车收入人民币109.12亿元，较2018年增加16.7%。售后服务及配件业务收入人民币16.86亿元，同比增加31.7%。
集团2019年的毛利率为8.6％，较2018年同期所取得的7.1％增长1.5％。其中，2019年汽车销售的毛利率为3.0％，较2018年增长0.6％。2019年的售后服务毛利率为43.9％，较2018年增长2.4％。于2019年12月31日，该集团的现金及存款合计为人民币13.62亿元。
截止2019年12月31日止年度，集团取得新车销量32,796台，较截止2018年新车销量26,998台增长21.5%。该集团作为宝马在中国中西部地区最大、全国第一梯队的经销商，宝马品牌（包括MINI品牌）于2019年销量达25,684台，同比增长17.4%。雷克萨斯品牌仍然保持强劲增长速度，新车销量达3,821台，较2018年增长28.0%。在超豪华汽车市场方面亦成绩斐然，在报告期内，法拉利销量实现交车最多的一年，对比2018年增长141.2%。
公司称，2020年公司将继续扩充公司的品牌组合，申请以及拓展更多的经销商网点授权，加快并购收购计划进度。公司将一如既往深耕豪华，超豪华市场，提升客户保有量及满意度，提高集团经营效率及质量。设立专项公司，继续延伸汽车精品，事故车保险以及二手车业务，增加利润点，优化收入结构，为再一次的历史性发展机遇做好准备。
