中国神华(601088.SH)2019年度净利降1.4%至432.5亿元 拟派末期息1.26元
格隆汇3月27日丨中国神华(601088.SH)发布2019年度报告，实现营业收入2418.71亿元，同比减少8.4%；利润总额667.24亿元，同比减少4.8%；归属于公司股东的净利润432.5亿元，同比减少1.4%；归属于公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润411.19亿元，同比减少10.7%；基本每股收益2.174元；拟派末期股息1.26元/股(含税)。
2019年集团营业收入同比下降的主要原因是：公司于组建合资公司交易中投出标的资产的售电量及收入自2019年2月1日起不再纳入本公司合并报表范围。2019年集团实现售电量144.04十亿千瓦时(2018年：267.59十亿千瓦时)，同比下降46.2%。其次是由于2019年烯烃产品销售价格同比下降。
2019年集团商品煤产量达2.83亿吨，同比下降4.7%；完成掘进总进尺35.6万米，同比下降4.6%。全年集团实现煤炭销售量4.47亿吨，同比下降3.0%。2019全年完成总发电量153.55十亿千瓦时，总售电量144.04十亿千瓦时，占同期全社会用电量72,255亿千瓦时2的2.0%。全年集团实现市场化交易电量约41.72十亿千瓦时，约占总售电量的29.0%。全年集团自有铁路运输周转量为285.5十亿吨公里，同比增长0.6%。全年本集团通过自有港口下水的煤炭销售量2.32亿吨，同比下降2.6%。航运分部航运货运量1.098亿吨，同比增长6.0%；航运周转量89.6十亿吨海里，同比下降0.3%。2019年，包头煤制烯烃项目连续稳定运行7771小时，平均生产负荷达到105.6%，共生产烯烃产品615.7千吨。
2020年度经营目标：实现营业收入2163亿元，商品煤产量达2.68亿吨，煤炭销售量达4.03亿吨，发电量达1451亿千瓦时。
