格隆汇3月23日丨新诺威(300765.SZ)今日股价逆势一字涨停。现报40.92元,暂成交4538万元,最新总市值81.84亿元。新诺威昨日报告,2019年度净利润同比增长22%,拟10转11派1.4元(含税)。并且预计今年一季度净利润为盈利6491.59万元至7338.31万元,预增15%至30%。值得注意的是,新诺威因高送转计划收到深交所关注函:要求公司说明此次高比例转增股本的主要考虑及其合理性、必要性,送转比例是否与公司业绩增长幅度相匹配。
