创科实业(00669.HK)年度纯利增长11.3%至6.15亿美元 末期息58港仙
格隆汇3月4日丨创科实业(00669.HK)发布年度业绩，截至2019年12月31日止年度，公司实现营业额76.67亿美元，同比增长9.2%；毛利28.93亿美元，同比增长10.6%；公司股东应占溢利6.15亿美元，同比增长11.3%；每股基本盈利33.67美仙；拟派发末期股息每股58.00港仙(约7.46美仙)。
公告表示，报告期内，公司实现营业额较2018年增加9.2%，按当地货币计算增长10.7%。达致持续增长背后的决定性因素乃在于公司在充电式产品的领导地位。公司进一步投资核心锂电平台，发展无碳刷马达尖端技术，以及开发先进的电子及电源管理系统，从而继续壮大充电式产品系列，使公司成功研发出连串新产品，令终端用户大为受益。公司最大的电动工具业务占总销售88.6%，增长13.0%。带领公司创出骄人业绩的Milwaukee工具业务今年持续表现出色，按当地货币计算增长达21.7%，而RYOBI ONE+业务录得高个位数销售额增长。地板护理及器具业务方面继续进展良好，充电式及地毯清洗产品类别较2018年上升18.9%。地板护理业务整体下降13.5%，然而，其除利息及税项前盈利增长12.8%，此乃受惠于公司强化业务，撤出部分欧洲市场，并终止非策略性的传统业务类别。虽然销售额下跌，但充电式和地毯清洗类别均深受市场欢迎，业务显著增长，表现令人鼓舞。
公司继续巩固集团在北美的地位，增长超过10.2%，领先同侪。欧洲、中东及非洲地区同样表现突出，按当地货币计算增长率达13.5%。公司亦进军个别渗透率偏低的市场，在竞争激烈的北欧及东欧重要市场取得成功。在全球其他地域市场，澳洲及亚洲业务增长率按当地货币计算为10.0%，再度表现卓越，高于市场水平。
此外，由高利润率新产品、产品组合管理、生产力提升，以及结合销量的杠杆效应，有助推动毛利率连续11年录得增长。毛利率由2018年37.2%，扩大至2019年37.7%。公司通过创科实业OPEX系统，专注于卓越营运，提高整个营运过程的效率，同时把供应链扩展至传统基地以外的地区。为配合业务高速增长，公司亦投资于亚洲、墨西哥及美国，务求扩大全球制造业务据点。公司在越南的制造基地在去年快速地扩张，现已成为全球制造策略的一个重要据点。以上种种举措带来世界一流的服务水准及优质产品，亦有助减轻关税等不利因素的影响，让创科实业稳占有利位置，把握未来增长。
