赣锋锂业(002460.SZ)A股涨停：无未披露重大事项
格隆汇2月12日丨赣锋锂业(002460.SZ)公布，公司A股股票交易价格连续三个交易日内(2020年2月10日、2020年2月11日、2020年2月12日)日收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计超过20％，根据《深圳证券交易所交易规则》等有关规定，属于A股股票交易价格异常波动的情形。
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来，公司高度关注疫情发展，积极投身疫情防控工作。春节期间，除全资子公司宜春赣锋锂业有限公司、奉新赣锋锂业有限公司正常生产，江西赣锋循环科技有限公司、公司万吨锂盐工厂持续生产至2020年2月3日外，其他子公司均已停工停产。
截至2020年2月11日，公司万吨锂盐工厂氢氧化锂生产线、氯化锂生产线、全资子公司东莞赣锋电子有限公司、江苏原容新能源科技有限公司逐步复工复产，其他子公司正在做复工复产的前期准备工作。
受原辅材料和物流运输价格上涨的影响，公司对部分产品销售价格进行了小幅度调整，其中电池级氢氧化锂产品的涨价幅度不超过10%。
为建立公司稳定、优质、多元化的原材料供应体系，公司持续关注和评估锂资源项目的投资机会，有关交易标的、交易价格、交易方式、交易条款均未确定，也未签署任何交易意向性文件，项目进展尚存在较大的不确定性。
公司于2019年4月29日召开的第四届董事会第三十四次会议审议通过了关于公司公开发行A股可转换公司债券的相关议案，并于次日披露了《公开发行A股可转换公司债券预案》；2020年1月18日，公司收到《中国证监会行政许可项目审查一次反馈意见通知书》；2020年2月8日，公司披露了《公开发行A股可转换公司债券预案(修订稿)》。
公司于2020年2月7日召开的第四届董事会第三十九次会议审议通过了《关于赣锋国际全资子公司荷兰赣锋认购阿根廷Minera Exar公司部分股权并对其进行增资涉及矿业权投资暨关联交易的议案》，同意公司全资子公司赣锋国际的全资子公司Ganfeng Lithium Netherlands Co., B.V.(以下简称“荷兰赣锋”)以自有资金1632.65万美元认购阿根廷MineraExar公司1438.95万股新股，本次交易完成后，荷兰赣锋将持有Minera Exar 51%的股权。同意荷兰赣锋按持股比例再对阿根廷Minera Exar公司进行增资，增资金额不超过2亿美元。
除此之外，公司、控股股东和实际控制人不存在关于公司 的应披露而未披露的其他重大事项。
