莎莎(00178.HK)称积极采取措施为员工争取合理收入
据报道指,莎莎国际(00178.HK)强制要求员工在2月至4月每月申放无薪假12日。莎莎国际发言人表示,与香港零售业同业一样正受到不利的市场环境影响,集团正积极采取措施,为集团及按佣金制度受薪的前线员工争取合理收入。
集团指,为控制成本及因应业务需求调整各部门及前线人手部署。经多番考虑後,公司决定前线员工於2月至4月期间,采用分更制形式,减少值班员工数目,而较早前全体执行董事由2月起减薪75%三个月,希望上下一心共渡时艰令公司减少亏损。
