花旗:维持周大福(1929.HK)“买入”评级 目标价9港元
花旗发表报告指,周大福(01929.HK)在截至去年12月底止第三财季的内地同店销售按季转正,由第二季的下跌7%转为增长2%,略优于该行预期的0%增长。转正主要由于黄金的同店销售跌幅收窄至仅跌1%(第二财季为跌15%),及珠宝首饰同店销售稳定,录1%增长。
港澳方面,该行称周大福第三财季的同店销售按季跌幅,由前值42%收窄至35%,亦略优于该行预期的下跌40%,跌幅收窄主因黄金的同店销售跌幅由49%收窄至26%,但部分被珠宝首饰同店销售跌幅扩大(跌幅由35%扩至53%)所抵销。
花旗维持对周大福的“买入”评级及目标价9港元。
