港股异动 | 中国中车涨逾4% 铁路集团推债转股和混合所有制改革
格隆汇1月2日丨中国中车(1766.HK)现涨4.4%,报5.93港元,暂成交5798.9万港元,最新总市值1701.8亿港元。公司本周二公告称,2019年11-12月期间签订了若项合同,合计金额约404.6亿元人民币,约佔公司中国会计准则下2018年营业收入的18.5%。此外,中国国家铁路集团有限公司工作会议指出,稳步推进市场化债转股和混合所有制改革。完善国铁企业优质资产市场化债转股实施方案,加强与银行机构的沟通对接,平稳有序组织推进实施。
