格隆汇12月3日丨金融街(000402.SZ)公布,近日,公司全资子公司金融街成都置业有限公司通过参加拍卖出让活动以总价7.94亿元竟得成都市成华区龙潭寺54亩宗地(地块编号:CH18(251):2019-050)国有建设用地使用权,并收到成都市公共资源交易服务中心签章的成交确认书。
该地块位于成都市成华区龙潭街道办事处向龙村2、3组,土地用途为二类住宅用地。项目用地面积为36,442.82平方米,总计容建筑面积不超过72,885.00平方米。
