格隆匯11月29日丨亞倫國際(00684.HK)發佈公告,截至2019年9月30日止6個月,公司營業額5.69億港元,同比減少12%;期間溢利114.7萬港元,同比減少97%;每股盈利0.34港仙,中期股息每股2港仙。
期間淨純利率由去年同期的5.6%下降至0.2%。如果將投資物業公平值變動的影響分開計算,則營業淨利潤將為2314萬港元(2018年:虧損816萬港元),相當於淨營業利潤為4.1%(2018年:虧損1.3%)。
