中国中期(000996.SZ):中期集团质押5200万股
格隆汇11月26日丨中国中期(000996.SZ)公布,公司于2019年11月26日接到控股股东中期集团有限公司(“中期集团”)的通知,获悉中期集团与中国国际金融股份有限公司签订股票质押协议,将其持有的部分中国中期股份进行股票质押,质押股数5200万股。
截至公告披露日,中期集团共持有公司无限售流通股6707.76万股,占公司总股本的19.44%。其中处于质押状态的公司股份共计5200万股,占其所持股份比例77.52%,占公司总股本的15.07%。
