IPO那点事（ID：ipopress）消息，银城生活服务（01922.HK）首日挂牌，截至9时20分，涨13.76% ，报价2.48 港元，成交额5617.27万港元。
银城生活服务(01922.HK)公布，全球发售6668万股，其中香港发售3334万股，国际发售3334万股；发售价每股2.18港元；每手2,000股；预期11月6日上市。
公告显示，香港公开发售获充分超额认购，相当于香港公开发售项下初步可供认购香港公开发售股份总数约382.88倍。国际发售已获大幅超额认购，为根据国际发售初步可供认购国际发售股份总数约8.7倍。
银城生活服务是中国物业管理服务供应商，提供多元化的物业管理服务及生活社区增值服务。其业务涵盖多种物业，包括住宅物业及非住宅物业，例如政府设施、金融机构、物业销售场地、公园、高速公路服务区、工业园区、混合用途物业、学校及办公大楼。
根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，于二零一八年，该公司按收益计在南京及江苏省的物业管理服务供应商中分别排名第一及第五。
IPO那点事（ID：ipopress）获悉，该公司曾在2016年4月挂牌新三板，在2018年4月摘牌。
据招股书，2016年—2018年及2019年首四个月，该公司的总收益分别为2.274亿元、3.059亿元、4.677亿元及1.851亿元，于该等年度的纯利分别为23.2百万元、19.8百万元、27.1百万元及9.9百万元。
银城生活服务主要有两大业务线——物业管理服务及生活社区增值服务。通过该两大业务线达致的协同效益，有助多元化发展收入来源，同时透过向客户提供互补服务，巩固公司与客户的关系。
其中，物业管理服务为公司收益的主要来源。于2016财年至2018财年，来自物业管理服务的收入分别占总收入的74.3%、76.1%、78.6%，来自生活社区增值服务的收入分别占总收入的25.7%、23.9%、21.4%。
募资用途方面，所得款项净额估计约为1.08亿港元。其中约60.0%用作收购或投资位于长江三角洲地区大都市公司；约15.0%用作于智能系统方面作出投资；约10.0%用作升级内部信息技术系统；约5.0%用作继续招聘更多技术及管理人才；约10.0%用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
