中国之信集团(08265.HK)拟折让近一成配股 净筹1500万港元
格隆汇11月5日丨中国之信集团(08265.HK)公布,于2019年11月5日,公司拟分别向周伟及True Partner配售1.50亿股公司新股,合计3亿股,占经扩大后股份约9.88%。每股发行价0.050港元,较2019年11月5日收市价股0.055港元折让约9.09%。
所得款项净额将约为1500万港元,公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额中约1000万港元用于发展充电及油气业务,及余下约500万港元用于集团的一般营运资金,以支付其到期偿还债务及应付日後发展所需。
