格隆汇8月27日丨世纪鼎利(300050.SZ)披露2019年半年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入5.41亿元，同比增长17.58%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润2027.39万元，同比下降31.53%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润827.71万元，同比下降74.26%；经营活动现金净流出1.28亿元，而上年同期为净流出2.43亿元；基本每股收益0.04元，加权平均净资产收益率0.71%。
通信业务：报告期内，公司通信网络优化业务在技术研发、市场拓展等方面持续发展。通信网络优化服务业务方面，由于行业竞争激烈、人力成本上行和运营商服务价格下行的压力下，行业整体盈利能力呈下降趋势。通信仪器仪表方面，由于运营商4G业务建设已进入尾期，5G尚未大规模商用，目前整个行业对于专用的测试仪表需求进入平稳期。
为更好抓住5G网络发展机会，公司积极与华为等设备厂商开展紧密的战略合作，目前公司已获得华为海思5G芯片ICD授权，公司研发的5G网络测量的相关产品全面支持高通和海思5G测试终端，并陆续获得5G产品的相关订单。随着5G牌照的发放及5G网络的商用，市场需求将被放大，公司将凭借自身强大的技术积累、丰富的产品线，向客户提供全方位的网络优化专业测试产品，为公司通信业务发展带来新一轮的增长。
物联网业务：报告期内，RFID产品及工业机器人业务方面，市场拓展符合预期，在物联网解决方案方面，公司面向交通、物流、环保、IT分销等行业，积极拓展物联网解决方案在各垂直行业的落地应用，打造示范项目，实现物联网业务的持续发展。由于物联网业务偏向对大型客户的深度定制化开发，部分项目因执行周期较长，未能在报告期内确认收入，但整体来看，物联网业务处于高速发展阶段。
职业教育业务：目前公司职业教育旗下拥有“鼎利学院”、“美都教育”双品牌，分别面向工科及金融财务管理方向提供全日制学历教育服务。报告期内，公司在工科方向方面已和国内33所大学合作成功开设运营了22所鼎利学院，13个专业合作项目；在金融财务管理方向开设了3家美都国际金融学院，1家以艺术设计为主的国际学院，在校学生合共有15000多名。
