《欧洲经济》俄罗斯8月服务业PMI续升至52.1 高预期
IHS Markit数据显示,俄罗斯8月服务业采购经理人指数(PMI)连续第二个月上升,由7月50.4,升至52.1,为四个月高位,市场原预期仅升至51。期内,服务商的新业务有所加速,新出口订单亦回复轻微增长。就业连续四个月收缩,商业信心跌至五个月低。投入价格升幅放慢至2018年3月来最低;产出收费则升幅加快。
俄罗斯8月综合产出指数亦连续第二个月回升,由7月50.2,续升至51.5,为三个月高位,主要受服务业推动。期内,新业务重新轻微扩张,但新出口订单录2016年10月以来最大下跌,当中制造业面对外国需求急降。
IHS Markit经济学家Sian Jones表示,由於通胀率较低且私营部门仅适度扩张,俄罗斯中央银行可能会选择在9月份再次降息,以刺激消费需求。
