格隆汇9月2日丨东宏股份(603856.SH)公布,本次股份减持计划实施前,樟树市华晨成长股权投资基金(有限合伙)(以下简称“华晨成长”)持有公司369.8万股股份,占公司总股本的1.44%。上述股份来源于公司首次公开发行前已持有的股份以及上市后资本公积转增股本方式获得的股份,该部分股份自2018年11月6日起正式上市流通。
截至本公告披露日,华晨成长通过集中竞价交易累计减持公司股份369.8万股,占公司总股本的1.44%,其减持股份数量已经完成,减持计划实施完毕。
