格隆汇8月29日丨华泰证券(601688.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入111.07亿元，同比增长35.18%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润40.57亿元，同比增长28.43%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润40.44亿元，同比增长32.68%；基本每股收益0.49元。
报告期内，集团不断加大在新兴技术领域的探索和大数据的挖掘，持续丰富完善移动平台“涨乐财富通”的服务场景及运营策略，为客户提供一站式财富管理解决方案。报告期内，“涨乐财富通”下载量226.64万；自“涨乐财富通”上线以来，累计下载量4796.35万。根据易观智库统计数据，报告期内，“涨乐财富通”平均月活数为748.99万，截至报告期末月活数为749.34万，月活数位居证券公司类APP第一名。报告期内，“涨乐财富通”移动终端客户开户数53.28万，占全部开户数的99.32%；88.57%的交易客户通过“涨乐财富通”进行交易。报告期内，“涨乐财富通”继续发挥其作为公司财富管理业务核心平台载体的重要作用，陆续推出“问董秘”、“快速选股”、“智能语音助手”等多项智能应用，并提供“定投专区”、“工资理财”等多场景理财服务。
集团进一步强化基于先进平台的交易服务优势，报告期内，根据沪深交易所会员统计数据，集团股票基金交易量合计人民币11.09万亿元，排名行业第一。截至报告期末，根据内部统计数据，客户账户总资产规模达人民币3.01万亿元。
报告期内，港股通业务运行稳定，客户数量稳步增长，沪港通下港股通业务开通权限客户数1.54万户，深港通下港股通业务开通权限客户数1.70万户。报告期内，股票期权经纪业务持续推进交易系统建设，着力为核心客户提供专业化交易工具，风险管理功能凸显，业务保持良好发展态势。
期货经纪业务方面，截至报告期末，共有7家分公司、41家期货营业部，遍及国内4个直辖市和16个省份，代理交易品种64个。报告期内，华泰期货有限公司(不含结算会员)实现代理成交量15981.77万手，成交金额人民币143818.41亿元。报告期内，期货IB业务平稳开展，截至报告期末，集团获准从事期货IB业务的证券营业部共215家、期货IB业务总客户数36348户。
