NANYANG HOLD(00212.HK)中期纯利下降52%至1.38亿港元
格隆汇8月28日丨NANYANG HOLD(00212.HK)发布中期业绩,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司实现收入与其他收益1.62亿港元,同比增长50%;公司股权持有人应占溢利1.38亿港元,同比下降52%;基本每股收益4.01港元;不派中期股息。
报告期内,集团录得除税后溢利为港币1.381亿元,溢利下跌主要是由于投资物业的公平值收益较小幅增加。本期溢利主要包括上海商业储蓄银行股份有限公司就其2018年溢利派发应收股息收入约港币6460万元(已扣除21%预扣税),投资组合公平值收益约港币3410万元,以及投资物业(包括合营企业所拥有)公平值变动带来收益净额合共港币1650万元。然而,若未计按公平值重估投资物业带来的净影响,上半年除税后溢利增加至港币1.216亿元,溢利上扬主要是由于上半年投资组合收益增加。
