九洲电气(300040.SZ)发布半年报 净利润降32.33%至3390.87万元
格隆汇8月27日丨九洲电气(300040.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入约2.72亿元，同比下降51.15%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约3390.87万元，同比下降32.33%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约2263.84万元，同比下降46.00%；基本每股收益0.10元。
报告期内，管理层紧密围绕公司战略目标及年度工作计划，贯彻执行董事会的战略安排，重点开展了以下方面的工作：
1、加速可再生能源电站建设，增加自持电站持有运营规模
报告期内，公司BT总包的亚洲新能源金湖县100MW风电项目、亚洲新能源宝应县100MW风电项目和定边天池塘风50MW电场项目均已开工建设，公司自持可再生能源项目大庆时代汇能风力发电投资有限公司48MW风电项目和大庆世纪锐能风力发电投资有限公司48MW风电项目总计96MW发电项目已完成道路、风机基础完成、升压站土建完成、集电线路、送出线路，未完工程风机吊装，升压站设备安装调试，力争2019年底全部并网发电，报告期内，公司已取得200MW光伏平价上网可再生能源电站项目资源。
2、全面布局生物质发电、供热、供汽融合互补的综合能源系统
报告期内，公司中标黑龙江省内8个地区的生物质热电联产项目，合计520MW；其中2个地区的项目已经取得核准，公司布局生物质热电联产项目意在促进黑龙江省生物质能源大规模开发和综合利用，建设生物质发电、供热、供汽融合互补的能源优化配置系统，提升综合能源利用效率，将生物质能源打造成为新型生态城市的综合能源服务中心，项目投资后可提高公司持续稳定的收入及利润。
3、利用资本平台丰富融资渠道
报告期内，公司将利用好上市公司的平台，以资本运作为工具，积极开展产业基金、融资租赁、公司债、可转债、PPP、资产证券化、定向增发等融资手段保证公司战略成功转型和经营目标的实现。公司将通过兼并、收购、参股、控股等多种手段，迅速进入公司既定战略领域，完善产业链，实现公司整体规模和经济效益的快速提升。公司公开发行可转换公司债券3.08亿用于建设大庆96MW可再生能源风电项目已获中国证券监督管理委员会核准，打通了可再生能源电站资本市场的再融资渠道。截至报告日，募集资金已到账。
4、国际化发展，现实项目的落地
为了紧密配合公司“走出去”的发展战略和加强国际化的发展策略，并全面配合"一带一路"的国家战略，公司在香港投资设立全资子公司中国九洲国际能源投资控股集团有限公司。目前在柬埔寨开发的风电项目正在运作中，已经取得了柬埔寨能矿部两个风电项目的批文，正在开展前期测风和可研工作；在老挝开发的风电项目已经取得了矿产和能源部的测风批文，正在进行风资源测量工作。
