格隆汇8月23日丨中国神华(601088.SH)公布，公司第四届董事会第二十二次会议召开，审议通过《关于聘任杨吉平为中国神华能源股份有限公司总经理的议案》，董事会审议并批准：聘任杨吉平为中国神华总经理，任期自董事会批准之日起三年，连聘可以连任。
审议通过《关于聘任赵永峰为中国神华能源股份有限公司副总经理的议案》，董事会审议并批准：聘任赵永峰为中国神华副总经理，任期自董事会批准之日起三年，连聘可以连任。
公告显示，杨吉平，男，1970年6月出生，中国国籍，教授级高级工程师，中共党员。杨吉平拥有丰富的煤炭企业管理经验，他于1992年毕业于中国矿业大学采矿工程系采矿工程专业。现任国家能源投资集团有限责任公司煤炭产业运营管理中心主任。杨吉平自2018年10月至2019年8月任神华乌海能源有限责任公司党委书记、董事长(法定代表人)。自2011年8月至2018年10月历任神华乌海能源有限责任公司副总经理、董事、党委副书记、总经理、董事长。自2009年11月至2011年8月任神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司副总经理、总工程师。
此前，杨吉平曾任原宁夏石嘴山矿务局一矿副矿长，神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司枣泉矿筹建处第一副处长，梅花井煤矿筹建处党支部书记、处长，石嘴山金能煤业公司党委副书记、经理等职务。
赵永峰，男，1964年10月出生，中国国籍，教授级高级工程师，中共党员，国务院“政府特殊津贴”专家，国家百千万人才工程专家。赵永峰长期从事煤炭生产管理工作，他于1988年毕业于山西矿业学院矿井建设专业。赵永峰自2018年5月至2019年8月任国家能源投资集团有限责任公司煤炭产业运营管理中心主任、副书记。自2013年9月至2018年5月历任神华集团有限责任公司、中国神华能源股份有限公司安监局常务副局长（部门正职级）、煤炭生产部总经理。自2009年5月至2013年9月历任神华神东煤炭集团有限责任公司党委委员、副总经理、总工程师、总经理。2005年1月至2009年5月历任中国神华能源股份有限公司神东煤炭分公司副总工程师、总调度室主任、副总经理、总工程师。
此前，赵永峰曾任神华神府东胜煤炭有限责任公司上湾煤矿总工程师，生产技术部副经理、经理、常务副经理，补连塔煤矿党委书记、矿长，神华神府东胜煤炭有限责任公司副总工程师等职务。
